“The stay was very disappointing. When we entered the room, the temperature was around 83°F, and it took 1–2 hours before the room temperature became comfortable. The bathroom had major issues — the toilet was clogged, there was a bad smell in the room, and the basin was also not working properly. “Breakfast was great! The sign in the room said the rooms would be serviced every other day, but this didn't happen during our entire stay...multiple family members stayed there and had the same experience.”

“The hotel is getting dated. It is CLEAN, the bed is comfortable. Shower can be a bit wonky at peak use time. "Mine kept plunging to ice cold in the evening, the wife's was perfect in the morning" go figure.;-) The staff are more than pleasant and helpful. This is our 7th or 8th stay, Our mid-way point of the trip. Will stay here again I assure you.”

“Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”
